From a child's first lunge to a national podium. This is what a session at Fencing Masters looks like.
31 years on the piste. Hundreds of podiums. Family-owned and family-run, on the old belief that it takes a village to raise a child.
An affiliate of Fencing Singapore, coached by an NROC-registered team. Read what families say, or find your nearest salle in the east or central Singapore.
Our coaches have trained national squad members and podium finalists, bringing that experience to every lesson.
We start by testing you across Foil, Épée and Sabre, then match you to the style that suits you naturally and go deep on it, rather than forcing a fit.
From a first lesson to national team training, and from school CCA enrichment to international podiums, it's one continuous path rather than a series of separate stops.
We teach swordsmanship, but also respect, resilience and integrity along the way. Your character matters here as much as your footwork.
On the podium
Our Founder and Head Coach, Jeffrey Lopez, was coaching long before the club opened in 1995. Over a thousand fencers later, our athletes compete and win, from the National School Games to the international podium.
My daughter joined at eight, barely able to stand still. Five years on she's focused, confident and fencing at the National School Games.
I came in just to get a workout, and I ended up hooked on the sport. It's honestly the most fun I've had staying fit. Every session is part chess, part sprint, and the people are what keep me coming back.
Honestly, the coaching here is the real deal. Within a year my son went from nervous club bouts to a regional podium, and what means the most to me is the confidence he has built along the way.
