Fencing Masters 由创办人兼首席总教练 Jeffrey Lopez 和总教练 Shaun-Paul Lopez 带领，团队里有已在 NROC 注册的教练，教授花剑、重剑和佩剑。每位学员都会由最适合其年龄、课程和目标的教练指导。

我们的执教理念
这里的每位教练都遵循同一个标准：一堂一堂课地培养专注、风度和压力下的沉着。无论是 3 岁还是 90 岁，无论是第一堂课还是决赛前最后的调整，你跟着学的教练，都是从你现在的起点走过来的人，他们知道前面的路怎么走。

Jeffrey Lopez
创办人兼首席总教练（Founder & Master Head Coach）
花剑、佩剑、重剑
Jeffrey 是 Fencing Masters 的创办人。他从 1975 年开始执教，哪里有空间可以出剑就去哪里教，从教堂停车场到学校走廊都有，直到多年的四处奔走，在 1995 年变成一块固定的剑道。执教 51 年后的今天，他依然带领着俱乐部，也依然指导在这里任教的教练。

总教练（Head Coach）
花剑、佩剑、重剑：团体课及私教课
Shaun 带领整个训练场，在花剑、佩剑和重剑的团体课和私教课上有超过 20 年的执教经验。Jeffrey 带领竞赛队伍外出时，由他维持日常训练，比赛时他也亲自在场边。他擅长培养各年龄组的冠军和竞技型学员。

资历只是最基本的要求。每一位 Fencing Masters 教练都要达到下面的标准。
NROC 注册
已在国家教练注册处（National Registry of Coaches，NROC）注册，确保教练具备执教能力并遵守职业操守。
急救及心肺复苏
所有教练都持有急救及心肺复苏证书。安全绝不马虎。
国际经验
在全国、区域或国际层面有比赛经验，知识来自剑道上的实战。
各个年龄和程度
教授 3 岁以上的学员，从初学者到竞技型运动员，团体课和私教课都有。
安全而互相支持的环境
致力营造包容、鼓励的空间，让每位学员都能成长。
持续学习
持续进修，并与击剑界保持交流。
